Terms & Conditions

  • No furniture deliveries.

  • We do not deliver into any residences.

  • We do not provide a broker for Canadian deliveries.

  • We do not transport people, or give personal rides.

  • Our drivers can not lift anything over 50lbs on their own.

  • No residential/personal deliveries. Only business/commercial accounts.

  • Machine parts must be empty and have no fluids in them. This includes transmissions.

  • We do not perform hazmat deliveries that require our drivers to have special licensing or their vehicle to have placard

  • If you call to cancel a pick up and the driver is close to/already at the pick up location it is a chargeable call.

  • There is only one driver per vehicle/delivery. If more than one driver is needed for loading/unloading that would be another delivery charge.

  • Once a delivery is performed and accepted at the drop off location, Foxy Delivery assumes no responsibility for the product delivered.

  • Weather conditions can impact delivery times. This is out of our control and can also impact deliveries that can be done that day.

  • Any food deliveries for businesses must be priced as direct deliveries, which is an additional $10 charge for direct service.

  • We have a fleet of commission drivers that use their own vehicles. Although they have our Foxy Delivery logos on their vehicles we cannot be held responsible for their actions after business hours. This includes how they drive, where they park, etc.
